KLM introduces: The Mystery Passenger

Inform international passengers about the unique benefits of traveling through Schiphol. When they choose KLM with Schiphol as their gateway to the world, they enjoy fast transfer times, among other advantages. For passengers with longer layovers, Schiphol offers a wide range of additional amenities, such as the very comfortable KLM Lounge, sleep cabins, international restaurants, and much more. 

To effectively convey this, we developed an international concept where a 'Mystery Passenger' tests KLM's promises. This campaign includes various international commercials, advertisements, and online media.

For years, we've been creating striking campaigns for the KLM Open that draw the entire nation to this iconic event. The KLM Open has become so popular that even other sports take a backseat during the tournament. 

When the KLM Open is on, everything revolves around golf, and even die-hard tennis, hockey, baseball, and football fans get caught up in the excitement on the green. 

Our campaigns capture this golf fever with vibrant colors and expressive illustrations, making the campaign not only stand out but literally rise above the rest.

At Epos, every spice tells a story – a story of the people behind it.

Sometimes, the packaging itself is already the hero. Everything you want to communicate is essentially already there. The only thing left to do is add an element that also appeals to the unconscious consumer.


Daring campaign that requires balls

For the KLM Open, we wanted to capture the key players of the event in a truly unique way. Since this is the premier golf event in the Netherlands, we decided to create the portraits entirely out of golf balls. These striking compositions adorned bus stop posters across the country. From a distance, you saw the portrait of a famous golfer; up close, you were amazed by the details - nothing but golf balls.


Buying in bulk

At Trade Mart Utrecht, they take "buying in bulk" quite literally. These ads show that you never leave TMU with too little. Whether you're in a forklift, heading out with five suitcases, or getting ready with a hand truck - at TMU, you're always prepared for a substantial stock.


COOP Supermarkets is a cooperative

And that means the customers have the final say. In a cooperative, the members help decide what products are on the shelves. At COOP, it’s the customer, not the boss, who decides what’s for sale. This unique and distinctive concept makes COOP special and offers countless benefits to the customer. In this campaign, we highlight what those benefits are.

Collect the European Championship Oranje Buddies

The European Championship is an event that supermarkets love to capitalize on. All of the Netherlands turns orange, as everyone hopes for a strong performance from our team. Coop asked us to create a gimmick that people would want to collect when they spend €20 or more. This led to the creation of the Oranje Buddies: each participating country had its own 'Buddie' that played a well-known football tune when squeezed. What we didn’t expect was that they would become so popular that some stores sold out even before the championship started. The XL Buddies, which could be used as cushions, also sold out in no time. A highly successful promotion!

Sponsoring the Amsterdam Marathon

KLM is a proud sponsor of the Amsterdam Marathon, an event that is highly regarded not just in the Netherlands, but internationally as well. To wish all runners extra success, we’ve designed a striking bus stop poster that can be seen throughout Amsterdam and the surrounding area. 

The poster features a KLM-blue running shoe with red laces, carefully tied to form the iconic Amsterdam logo: three red crosses. A powerful symbol of unity and support for all participants!


Give the gift of travel!

What do you do if you want to give someone the gift of travel but aren't sure of their favorite destination? Give them a KLM Gift Card! The recipient can redeem it for a trip of their choice. All you need to do is inspire them.

Iconic Hospital

A brand-new hospital has been built in Leidsche Rijn, fully equipped with the latest standards and technologies. The interior showcases cutting-edge innovation, but special attention was also given to the visual identity. 

Developed by Teldesign, the icons are seamlessly integrated into the logo and signage throughout the hospital. We were tasked with creating a local campaign for the region to clearly communicate that this new hospital offers everything the old one did, but even better. 

We chose to incorporate Teldesign's visual language so that patients could immediately become familiar with this modern imagery.
